I'm sorry but I'm confused. Can someone clarify me how these peer nominations work blow by blow? I suppose they aren't traditional invites that the nominee-to-be clicks? @adewale, any insight into this?
@jkniiv: I have no idea how the process works. Someone did mention that it takes about 24 hours for the nominations to go through but I'm not sure if that was based on anything concrete.

Right, Wave is excellent. I've decided. Just had a big communal chat with a variety of Irish heads. Quite remarkable from the collaborative conversation point of view
Just the ease with which multiple threads of the conversation could span out but occupy their own space as such. With a group chat being linear it's harder to keep track of one line of thought without distracting other people, or being distracted.
